In a deal thought to be the biggest of its kind, Bob Dylan has sold his entire six-decade catalog of songs to Universal Music Group. Talking about the deal, Jody Gerson, the publishing CEO of Universal said it was ’both a privilege and a responsibility’ to ’represent the body of work of one of the greatest songwriters of all time.’ The songs are reportedly worth over $200 million, reports suggest.
Didn't McCartney do the same thing with the Beatles catalogue when Michael Jackson bought it? Then spend a ton money trying to buy it all back?😂🇨🇦
Wonder what hes going to do with all that money.
A corporate douche move
