Cruz offers to argue Pennsylvania election case before Supreme Court
Sen. Cruz said he will present oral arguments before the SCOTUS in a key election-related case. Cruz will front Congressman Mike Kelly’s attempt to overturn the election for President Trump if the country’s top court choses to take it. Kelly wants the SCOTUS to throw out more than 2.5M mail-in votes cast in the 3 November election. ’I will stand ready to present the oral argument’, Cruz said.
That would be great new for the democrats if “lying” Ted Cruz presented this case.

What reason other that "trump no like" can they give at this point? Barr investigated, 44 legal battles, georgia got certified twice for Biden. Al Gore NEVER made this much noise about an election that actually WAS stolen.

Since when does SCOTUS tell the states how to run their state? This is going nowhere.
If there’s nothing to hide why is there the huge effort to stop anyone from arguing the case or presenting the evidence, that’s what makes it look like a coverup. Let the process run it’s course and then you trust that the election was legitimate or not
I always asked myself when Orwellian tactics will be implemented. But it's becoming scarily clear and more apparent as the months pass. But the amount of lies by omission and double speak this this year has brought about is crazy. This comment is not related to this story, but, more or less, just the year as a whole and the opinion of the people.

Pennsylvania Democratic Party leaders pushed for unconstitutional changes to the voting laws urgently to ease fraud. They weren't the only state to do it. #AuditTheSignatures
