Americans’ mental health sinks to a 20-year low: Gallup Poll
According to a Gallup poll, mental health among Americans declined to the lowest point in two decades amid the ongoing pandemic. 34% of those polled (among a sample of 1,018 adults) said their mental health is excellent, down from 43% last year. Besides the virus and related lockdowns, factors attributed to the decline in the report included ’views of the election and the state of race relations.’

I mean, I understand polling to validate the opinion, but anyone with a shred of common sense called this back in February. And the vitriol around the election, exacerbated by everyone being online because of the lockdowns, certainly didn’t help either.
