Judge turns down GOP lawsuit to decertify Michigan result
Federal judges in Michigan and Georgia on Monday denied GOP efforts to undo the certification of Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election. In Michigan, the judge said the allegations of fraud were based on ’nothing but speculation and conjecture.’ In Georgia, the judge said the plaintiffs in that case were wrong to ask him to rule on what were essentially state law claims.
And so the circus show continues. One would think that such a "qualified" legal team would at least choose the proper courts and have proper evidences all figured out first unless they are deliberately playing the clown act.
Of course the judges were Obama and Bush Jr. appointees, so what did you expect? The one is Michigan is well known for being an activist judge. The one in Georgia is well known for being inept and weak. But that's what you get when you go to GA Tech and get a degree in engineering only to toss it into the trash because he couldn't make it as an engineer and went back to school to be a lawyer.
Leave it up to Democrats to disenfranchise tens of millions of votes by reducing election security and relaxing ballot authentication.

Well the scotus decision seems to be leaning toward invalidating the PA election results citing it as unconstitutional. The PA election lawyers argument was ridiculous and asks scotus to disregard the constitution in order to reject hearing the case. They fully admit they violated the constitution, but assert that the supreme court should just ignore their transgressions. They have no defense for their actions.
