SCOTUS asked by Texas to rule out ballots in other states
Texas has filed a Hail Mary legal bid in an effort to overturn the election result, as it asked SCOTUS to rule out millions of ballots in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin. It put forth the argument that other states had violated the Constitution by having changed their own election laws. The suit has now provided an avenue to the Supreme Court, which oversees intra-state matters.
Isn't this the same guy under investigation by the FBI for taking backroom pay offs?
Let freedom ring! The lone star State stepping up and calling out Democrat leaders disenfranchising tens of millions of votes by reducing election over watch and security. Good for them and God bless the Republic.

Well Pennsylvania's vote in by mail was passed into law in 2019.... before the pandemic.... Plus the states health crisis is up to each state too protect its citizens one way was to introducing mailing voting to protect them and it's their choice to use it it's within the Constitution for state to determine how the voting process is accomplished in each individual state.....
Maybe Texas should concern itself with the growing number of Covid deaths rather than attempting to suppress votes in other states

No hail Mary here. This is clearly a violation of the Constitution. The SCOTUS will hear it and Texas will win.
SMH TX Governor Abbott changed voting rules here by extending early voting by 6 days. Republican’s efforts to disenfranchise voters are getting more and more creative.
States are allowed to change their election laws. Especially when the president tries to ruin the election by tearing out mail sorting machines and defunding the post office. Trump is trying to violate the states rights to self direct. The states have a responsibility to stand up against the federal government when it oversteps. Trump attacked the election via mail in ballots, so the states had to take measures to ensure people had access to the vote.
States violated the constitution by doing what they have the constitutional authority to do, run their elections lol. 🤦♂️

Even the “center” article is full of BS. Texas has standing because The US Constitution describes exactly how states are allowed to make laws concerning elections and electors. If Texas follows the law and other states don’t then Texas voters are at a disadvantage in that they have rules to follow and the others don’t. As far as Georgia and these Republican leaders go, Texas most likely can’t show forged ballots because you yourself separated the signatures from the actual ballots and you destroyed them. You yourself don’t know who voted by mail in Georgia. BUT they don’t have to show anything except that Georgia had a signature verification law and they didn’t follow it like the constitition requires. Do you folks realize that going back 30 years the state of Georgia, and I imagine most others, maintained a record of who voted ? They did so by virtue of the fact that your name was checked off a voter roll when you showed ID and voted. They cannot tell you who voted by general mail in this election though. No ID was shown at the time a general mail in ballot came in, they have no idea if the name on it was the person who filled it out !
Where was the Texas AG when Trump violated constitutional laws all four years of his presidency. Telling borders patrol to shoot immigrants at the borders. Putting children's in a cages and taking them from theirs parents, and now 641 children's can't find there parents, Trump was order by a judge to turn over informations on the whereabouts of theses children's parents, that was last year. He just last month hand over the infromations. That's what he's been doing for theses last 4 yrs. Lying and Deceiving everyone. This Texas AG need to look at the voter suppression and wrong doing that's in his State.
