Judge dismisses Michael Flynn case
Judge Emmet Sullivan dismissed the criminal case against former NSA Michael Flynn on Tuesday. This comes after President Trump pardoned Flynn in late November. While dismissing the case, Sullivan noted, ’However, the pardon ’does not, standing alone, render (Mr. Flynn) innocent of the alleged violation’’ of making false statements.
