President Trump on Tuesday announced the appointment of more than two dozen people to new government positions. Elaine Chao, the transportation secretary, will be a member of the board of trustees for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Trump’s former campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway, will help oversee the Air Force Academy as a member of the institution’s board of visitors.
