Ban on political ads to be lifted by Google on Thursday

Google said it would lift its temporary pause on elections-related advertising. The move comes roughly a month after the U.S. presidential election. Ads were paused by the company in an attempt to prevent potential misinformation or exploitation via ads since it expected delayed election results. Advertisers will be able to run Google ads around the elections for both of Georgia’s Senate seats
