Rules around harassment and hateful content overhauled by Twitch

A new and more detailed policy regarding harassment and hateful content has been unveiled by streaming site Twitch with the new rules set to be put into effect by the 22nd of January next year. This delay has been put into place so that audiences as well as streamers have time to study these changes and also change their behavior accordingly, if required.
