Robot maker Boston Dynamics to be taken over by Hyundai
Boston Dynamics, the cutting edge tech firm known for its dog-like robot is set to be acquired by Hyundai as the South Korean automaker made an announcement about taking a controlling stake in the company. The deal is going to be worth around $1.1 billion with Hyundai set to procure 80% of Boston dynamics from SoftBank Group, a Japanese investment giant.
