The federal budget deficit in October and November—the first two months of the 2021 fiscal year—soared to $429 billion, 25.1% more than during the same period last year, as spending to deal with the COVID pandemic soared while tax revenues fell. The deficit reflected an 8.9% jump in outlays, to $886.6 billion, and a 2.9% decline in tax revenues, to $457.3 billion.

Spender in Chief. This is my main issue with the Trump administration and I don't know how you can claim to both be a conservative and justify it. This predates COVID as well. He's done some good things, but this isn't one of them. Our debt is a greater risk than COVID, China and climate change combined.
Trump has done some good things? Name one. And that better not be the light reform of the criminal justice system cause it’s small and it was not his idea.
