Battleground states urge SCOTUS to reject Texas’ bid to overturn Biden’s wins
Four battleground states whose presidential election results are being challenged by Texas at the Supreme Court urged the justices not to take up the case, warning that doing so would ’do violence to the Constitution’ and ’disenfranchise millions’. The court filings from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin come a day after Trump asked the Supreme Court to intervene in the lawsuit.

Just hear the case, what's the big deal? If there's nothing there, they'll lose, and a lot of trump's base will at least feel like they got to speak their peace.
