Biden pledges stronger U.S. role in Paris Climate Accord
Joe Biden pledged to rejoin the Paris climate accord on the first day of his presidency. In a statement marking the five-year anniversary of the Paris climate-change pact on Saturday, Biden reiterated his campaign pledge that his administration will set a target of cutting U.S. emissions to net zero ’no later than 2050.’ Biden recently named John Kerry as his environmental-policy envoy.

John Kerry is an íncompetent old establishment failure who has no business negotiating anything given his numerous failures in the past.
The Paris Climate Accords is a joke. It was hailed as a great landmark to cover up its low non legally binding standards which almost no country is on track to achieve. Even Macron, the "Champion of the planet" is intending to undercut the accords by pushing by 10 years the emission goals for the shipping industry, one of most polluting industries in the world. But hey, what really matters is that he stood up to Trump when the latter exited the Accord, right?
The biggest polluter on earth is the US military, so feel free to bring troops home and stop bombing innocent people.

Yet a new way to raise American taxes while doing nothing for the environment and yet allowing China and India to continue to make as much money as possible through indrustial fields while limiting our industrial jobs, wages and policies. It’s funny how many giant, lifted F-350 pavement princesses I see being driven around as daily drivers, massive trucks, the majority of which have never even been hitched up to a trailer.. smh

The paris climate accord is like a weight lifting bar with no weights on it, you can apply more strength in lifting that bar but in the end no weights are moved.

I have a crazy idea... save the money pledged to the Paris Climate accord and use it to support businesses in the US that are researching and developing green technologies. Clean our own room before cleaning someone else’s.

Trump surpassed the emissions goals set for the US in the Paris agreement, but there is much more in the agreement than environmental. Ex. Signing nation should make it an offense to question global warming. It about conforming to one given view point; stop thinking for yourself, let the UN think for you.
