Stocks rose Monday as Wall Street tried to rebound from a losing week with investors weighing the US rollout of a COVID-19 vaccine and prospects for a deal on a compromise aid-spending package. The Dow Jones Industrial Average traded higher by 220 points, or 0.7%. The S&P 500 gained 0.6%, and the Nasdaq Composite advanced 0.7%. The small-cap Russell 2000 saw a 6th straight weekly gain, rising 1%.
