SCOTUS rejects bid to revive Kansas voting restriction

The SCOTUS on Monday declined to hear a bid by Kansas to revive a GOP-backed law that required documentation of citizenship for voter registration. The justices turned away the state’s appeal of an April ruling by a lower court, which was championed by Republican former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach. Kobach has pressed claims of widespread voter fraud in the elections.

Interesting that these courts won't even hear the cases. I wonder why they are afraid to rule against it and instead opt to avoid them entirely

Not even hearing the cases is driving conspericy therists to the brink of violence. Just hear it then tell them how baseless it is.
