Suspected Russian hackers spied on US agencies: Report

Hackers believed to be working for Russia have reportedly breached multiple federal agencies, including the Treasury Department and the Commerce Department’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration. The breach prompted an emergency meeting Saturday of the White House’s National Security Council. Confirming the breach, the US Commerce Department has asked the FBI to investigate.
