Video shows white cop kneeling on black man’s back where George Floyd died

A video doing rounds on social media purportedly shows a white Minneapolis policeman kneeling on the back of a black man at the same place where George Floyd was killed by a white officer in May. The video description said 20 cops came to arrest someone for non-violent offense when the white cop allegedly tackled a black bystander, pressed his knee on the man’s back and dislocated his shoulder.
