Pakistan passes new anti-rape law, rapists can be chemically castrated now
Pakistan’s President Dr Arif Alvi signed the Anti-Rape Ordinance, 2020 into law, which will ensure speedy trial of rape cases where women and children are victims. The new law allows for chemical castration of those convicted. In the new law, the convict’s consent won’t be required for carrying out castration, as mandated by international law. It will be left to the discretion of the trial judge.

I think rape should carry the same punishment as murder. Sure the victim usually gets to live, but the person they were before the attack has been killed.

Chemical castration involves using medication to reduce testosterone in men... Ok, but what about female rapist's? What stops a man from taking extra testosterone? What happens when he can't get an erection? More Violence? Just cut off everything...
