In Georgia, Biden urges voters to deliver Democrat senators for him to govern
Campaigning for the January 5 runoff elections for two Senate seats in Georgia, President-elect Joe Biden urged voters to make sure that the two Democratic candidates, Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, win so his administration can effectively tackle national challenges. He called the Republican Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler as ’roadblocks’ for not backing a new Covid-19 aid package.

Of course he needs them to govern. He already admitted he can't work with a Republican Congress. Just another cranky old man who can't be reasoned with so he needs his butt kissers.
Hell yeah we need to take all of it if we want to get anything done in 4 years otherwise the republicans will hold up biden and blame him for it.

Even Republicans in Georgia should vote for the democratic candidates if they truly care about America's greatness or a functional government. McConnell has proven his determination to engage in partisan obstruction.
All the republicans had to do was not have cowardly and corrupt candidates on their side. Now they have to hope that there are enough people who care more about a gop majority than they do about corruption. US politics is a sad state of affairs.

A party has to stack the deck for anything to get done. I don't believe that's a symptom of a healthy system. We need to invent whatever form of government is next. This one is too old and fat, and doesn't know how to use technology to it's potential.
