The WHO scheme to deliver Covid-19 vaccines to poorer countries faces a ’very high’ risk of failure that may leave billions with no access to doses until as late as 2024, Reuters reports citing internal documents. ’The risk of a failure to establish a successful COVAX Facility is very high,’ says the report the board of Gavi, which co-leads COVAX program with the WHO.
