Two California strip clubs can remain open, judge rules
A judge ruled Wednesday that two strip clubs in California can remain open and set their own COVID-19 mitigation rules. The case in San Diego County stands to have implications for restaurants too, many of which have been forced to close or scale back operations under Gov. Newsom’s shutdown order. The judge noted that two clubs had enacted their own safety measures.
