U.S. anti-trust trial against Google won’t start until September 2023

On Friday, the judge hearing the antitrust case against Alphabet’s Google filed by the U.S. DoJ and 38 U.S. states suggested a trial date of September 12, 2023. US District Judge Amit Mehta suggested the date during a conference, and the two sides did not object. Mehta noted that the two sides appeared to expect that discovery will take until March 2022 and other pretrial matters in early 2023.
