NYC sheriffs bust at least 164 maskless revelers at ’illegal’ nightclub
NYC sheriffs busted at least 164 maskless revelers in a crammed, illicit, makeshift underground bar in Rosedale, Queens, Sunday morning. A DJ and 2 unlicensed security guards, who were among the organizers with violating COVID-19 regulations, were charged. A $15,000 fine was levied against the illegal hot spot. The location has no certificate of occupancy and was not allowed to sell alcohol.
That should be a class action lawsuit against the cops. Arresting people for non-crimes in violation of their rights is a federal crime.
Good job NYPD!!!! Keep up the good work. Hope those people are fined and denied public health if they later test positive to covid.
