Manhunt launched in Pennsylvania to nab suspect in cop’s shooting
A manhunt has been launched in Pennsylvania to nab Koby Lee Francis who shot a policeman three times with a hidden gun while being handcuffed and fled from the scene in McKeesport. Francis, 22, had been arrested after allegedly violating a protection from abuse order. The policeman who was shot received non-critical wounds and is expected to be discharged from hospital in the next few days.
