President-elect Joe Biden, 78, received his Covid-19 vaccine live on television, on Monday, in an effort to boost confidence in its safety. The US is preparing for mass vaccination in 2021. After getting his jab, Biden said: ’It’s worth saying that this is great hope. I’m doing this to demonstrate that people should be prepared.’ Biden’s wife, Jill, also received the Covid-19 vaccine before him.
