A truck carrying hundreds of propane tanks burst into flames after it crashed early Tuesday morning in New York City. The truck likely overturned on the Long Island Expressway around midnight after having passed over black ice. The truck had 294 tanks of propane, and the driver said he lost control while attempting to avoid another vehicle that had cut him off.
