Israel fails to pass budget, triggers another election in March

Israel’s divided government collapsed early Wednesday as they were unable to pass a budget. This triggers the country’s fourth election in under two years with the vote is scheduled for March 23. Since the vote in April, PM Benjamin Netanyahu has been in office under a coalition agreement set in May after a previous inconclusive election last April.
