Upstate New York politician who fled sentencing found in Ohio, 23 years later

Police found William Jones, a former upstate New York politician who fled before his 1997 sentencing for illegally selling 8 handguns, 23 years later limping on an Ohio street. Officials said Jones, 71, has been living in Ohio under a fake identity. He was out on bail when he failed to appear for his sentencing after his conviction. A cop accidentally found him when he tried to help a limping man.
