Billionaire businessman Ron Burkle bought Michael Jackson’s famous 2,700-acre Neverland ranch after spotting it from the air while viewing a nearby property by helicopter at a great bargain price. The property, which was estimated to be worth over $100 million sold for just $22 million. The ranch was inspired by JM Barrie’s novel ’Peter Pan’ and had an amusement park, rail track and a zoo.
