Three Burundian peacekeepers killed in CAR as rebels call of truce
Three peacekeepers from Burundi were killed by ’unidentified armed combatants’. The attack took place in the Central African Republic, hours after a rebel coalition fighting the government called off a unilateral truce and reiterated calls for the suspension of a general election scheduled to take place on Sunday. A UN statement also reported injuries to two other peacekeepers.

Anti-government rebels call for violence and want to stop a general election. Sounds to me like typical CIA regime change operations and manufacturing concent. Now we need to increase our war budget and get some troops and weapons there quickly to restore democracy. A "humanitarian" effort.
