Truck driver arrested over playing ’similar’ audio as Nashville bomber

A driver of a box truck has been booked into jail on felony charges after allegedly playing a similar audio as the Nashville bomber played. James Turgeon, 33, was arrested at a convenience store in Lebanon, Tennessee, 25 miles east of Nashville. Witnesses said they heard Turgeon playing audio ’similar to what was heard’ before a recreational vehicle exploded in downtown Nashville on Christmas Day.

Reality of the charges summed up: 1) lied to police (false official report) 2) damaged his own speaker wiring (tampering with evidence) probably to attempt to say he can’t play music due to faulty speakers. What he was doing: harassing areas
