Iconic French designer Pierre Cardin, who set fashion trends in the 1960s and 70s with futuristic and sometimes shocking-to-some looks, has died. He was 98. France’s Fine Arts Academy announced his demise on Twitter. His family told AFP that he died in a hospital in Neuilly, near Paris. Cardin was also known for his keen business sense. He made his name an internationally successful brand.
He looks like Dracula from Bram Stoker's Dracula.
He probably died from covid19 after dining at a french restaurant!
Hugo Boss was a better fashion designer, Change My Mind.
Ground breaking.... I see what you did there.
That photo is creepy. The only fashion designer to make a real difference was Hugo Boss. Lol.
Unless he's responsible for Helvetica, I don't know why I ought to give a shiт. Seems like he just fueled a toxic culture.. but hey—what do I know? I wear flannel.
