This weekend, a glimpse of the Quadrantid meteor shower will be available for stargazers with the sky being illuminated with up to 200 shooting stars every hours. In 2021, the best views will be seen in the United Kingdom after dark on the 2nd and 3rd of January. Between 50 and 200 meteors per hour are produced during the Quadrantids on a clear night.
I'm sure Boris and his whacko band of merry men will say it's another strain of covid.
Meteor shower or alien invasion? Actually pretty cool... when a grain of sand moving at high speeds can create such brilliance. We need this light show to usher in a brilliant year.
Honestly thought it was another article about StarLink based on the picture. Fun fact, if it was Starlink, the lines would be straight. Stars curve in a timelapse.
