Spain and UK reach deal to keep Gibraltar border open
A landmark deal has been inked between Spain and UK just hours before the Brexit deadline. The deal will ensure that Gibraltar will become a part of the Schengen zone in order to ensure fluidity on its border. Work has been done around the clock in order to ensure avoidance of the creation of a new ’hard border’ between the EU and the tiny British territory.
