Britain finally left the EU at 11 pm GMT Thursday as the transition period that has lasted through 2020 came to an end, 4-and-a-half years after the nation voted to leave the bloc. Now that the transition is over, EU rules no longer apply in the UK.
I love how unbiased the stub is. Get the worst sounding consequences and the biggest numbers involved, make it sound like Brexit is the end of Britain. More like a kidney punch to the EU, which needs Britain far more that Britain needs it.
Thank goodness we're free of EU chains and fascism and money wasting. Now we can move forward as a sovereign nation again
Wow, clara summary got approved. It is all opinion. Clara please fix.
The UK will be a mess. But not as big of a mess as the EU. Science help us all.
Finally the parasite and snowflake in the EU Is gone, that took way to long. Always wanting preferential treatment, not following the rules, constantly saying they contribute so much when a small country like the Netherlands already contributed half of what Britain gives, blocking the EU army, not following regulations, only joined because they were alone in the past and will be alone again on this continent. I said it before and I'll say it again, thank you Britain for finally leaving you were the worst major nation to join the EU, even Poland was better considering their current work ethic and growing economy
Congrats United Kingdom. The country that popularized self-rule is once again self-ruled.
I don't blame them for not wanting to pay for the parasite countries of the EU.
