No charges to be leveled against police in death of ’boogaloo’ movement martyr
Charges against the police involved in the slaying of Duncan Socrates Lemp, the so-called Boogaloo martyr, were dropped by prosecutors in Maryland. Lemp’s family said he was asleep alongside his pregnant girlfriend when SWAT officers opened fire outside the house. The Montgomery County Police Department’s version of events are in direct contradiction with the family’s version of events.

Duncan Lemp was murdered by police officers executing a no knock raid. The department and court refuse to release either the warrant or the body cam footage to either the public or the family. There is no other reason to withhold the footage other than to cover up a murder.
