Federal judge dismisses Gohmert suit aimed at overturning election
A federal judge dismissed a last-gasp lawsuit led by a House Republican that aimed to give VP Pence the power to overturn the results of the presidential election when Congress formally counts the Electoral College votes. In dismissing the lawsuit filed by Rep. Gohmert, the judge noted that the plaintiffs ’allege an injury that is not fairly traceable’ to Pence.
This lawsuit was a farce and was stillborn in conception. Pence *could* count the votes any way he desires, but the guy starches his tighty whiteys; he isn't going to do anything unethical, sneaky, or shady. Which is a real shame, because half the nation WANTS him to, very badly.
So it would be fair to say that about 30% of the Republican senators are TRUMPISTS through and through, AND THEY REALLY ARE REPUBLICANS IN NAME ONLY, AKA RHINOS. If GOP does not excise this tumor, one day they will wake up and find that they are now the QOP kowtowing to Trump.

It's obvious that The whole $ystem is compromised. The Texas suit that went to SCOTUS was a great case with standing and merit. I'm not sure if the recently appointed justices are plain crooked or were threatened, but the case, more than any other deserved to be heard. Swamp Creatures run deep.
