Kamala Harris reportedly plagiarizes MLK anecdote about ’fweedom’; faces flak
In an interview which Kamala Harris gave to Elle magazine, she shared anecdotes of herself being pushed in stroller during a march in Oakland, and she fell out of the stroller as her family kept marching. Her mom came back and found her upset, and asked her what she needed, to which Harris replied ’Fweedom.’ The incident bears similarity to a similar anecdote told by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Through the campaign, during debates, or at rallies whenever she started telling one of her heart touching stories I called BS. I know a few people that tell stories in such manners and they are all liars.
How about “fweedom” for the black men and women you put in prison for lengthy sentences for non-violent drug offenses? You know, around the same time you were smoking weed?

Politicians can't keep up with the image of perfect persona, because they're just humans. To get to her level, they have to play a stoopid game long enough that they lose themselves to the persona, which needs high quality presentation to maintain. I'm not surprised she stole another person's words. I AM surprised she thought we wouldn't notice. I wonder how that blind spot is going to dis-service her going forward.
It’s not so much that Kamala lied...I mean it’s obvious she did. It’s not so much that she knows the MSM will cover for her obvious lie, they will. It’s that she knows some of the population will believe her no matter what.
