Andrew Cuomo, the Governor of New York said that a new strain of COVID-19 which was detected in the United Kingdom ’could be a game changer.’ He called it ’highly problematic.’ The strain was recently also discovered in New York. Addressing a press conference, Mr. Cuomo said that ’This is a virus we have to be extra careful with.’ The state’s first case of the new case was in Saratoga Springs.
