20 wedding guests killed by an air strike in Mali, according to local sources

Approximately 20 people were killed in airstrikes during a wedding ceremony near Bounti, Central Mali, according to local sources. They describe a lone helicopter opening fire in broad daylight last Sunday. The reports emerged as French military sources said its forces in the country had carried out an airstrike in the area also on Sunday that killed ’dozens of fighters’ from Islamist groups.

I know it's kind of an overplayed joke to say something like "BLM when?", but seriously why don't we ever hear of the group making mention of black-on-black crime or trying to do outreach to people in Africa? It diminishes the impact of the movement when someone says "Black Lives Matter" but Africa is a flaming civil war wreck and a little girl gets shot in Chicago by accident, but no let's riot because Jacob Blake got caught. Clean your own house then you can tell me to clean mine.
