Merrick Garland selected by Biden as attorney general
Merrick Garland, the Chief Judge of the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and a former Supreme Court nominee has been selected by President-elect Joe Biden as his attorney general. Former President Barack Obama had nominated Garland to the Supreme Court in 2016 to replace the late Justice Antonin Scalia. Biden is expected to formally introduce Garland later this week.
I think Garland will make a great attorney General. And I hope he investigates all these rightwing extremist low lives.
