If you bother to analyze the footage you will notice a few things. 1. Most of the activists are ANTIFA members. 2. Security let the protesters in. There is a video of the capital security moving the fencing out of the way and leading the ANTIFA members forward towards the capital. 3. The gunshot was for no reason. This was a manufactured event by the communists that are now in full control of the government.
