No talk about ’self-driving’ cars by Waymo

Waymo, the sister company to Google has taken a swipe at the $10,000 self-driving feature of Tesla by saying that it won’t use ’self-driving’ to refer to its technology, but would rather use the term ’fully autonomous driving technology’ instead. Waymo claims that their new preferred terminology is more than just a branding exercise as it can help save lives.
