Hyundai in early talks with Apple to develop a self-driving car

Hyundai Motor confirmed on Friday that it was in talks with Apple for a potential collaboration to develop the Apple Car. According to reports, the collaboration could include the manufacturing of the electric cars and the development of the battery that will be used. The goal will be to launch the car in 2027.

I heard that they were looking to collaborate with "Canoo" (An American company that's got it's own really unique EV tech.) And they were looking for Hyundai to manufacture it at first. It looks promising to me, but I don't know if Apple has much to lend, other than it's branding.
