Don’t expect charges against Trump for inciting Capitol siege, say DOJ officials

The DOJ does not plan on seeking incitement charges against President Trump or any of the others who spoke at a rally in Washington, D.C, just before protesters launched a violent siege on the Capitol. ’We don’t expect any charges of that nature,’ Ken Kohl, a senior prosecutor in the US attorney’s office said. Meanwhile, authorities have filed charges against more than a dozen protesters.

Because he didn’t. MSM keep saying he did but no quote proving it. Also 50 people storming the capitol (after police let them in) out of 500,000 attending the rally breaks down to 1 in 10,000 attendees broke the law. The media & left are reichstag firing the hell out of this skirmish.

In Germany in summer 2020 The Querendenker movement who were protesting covid lockdowns started to gain too many followers, the globalists had (paid) a group of Antifa actors fake a storm on the Reichstag building. They disguised themselves as peaceful protesters. Sound familiar? The legacy media created a shit storm to blame the real peaceful protesters from Querendenker and discredit them once and for all. Since then gathering for demonstration is banned in Germany under "covid protections"

Trump tweeted "fight to save ours Country", "we want stop fighting", " it will be wild come Jan. 6" long before he spoke at the Capitol rallies, he set this up to be a attack on ours government. Did all though Trump followers come to Capitol Hill just to sing lock them up. No, he told them at the that rallies to "take back ours Country" he said, we're going down to the Capitol, I'm going with you. Trump did incite and lies about Pence having power to overthrow the electoral votes, which he didn't have. Trump should be held responsible for his huge part in this violence attack and the senseless lost of life.

Here's Trump "inciting a riot"..... Donald Trump: (18:16) We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who have been lawfully slated, lawfully slated. I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard. Today we will see whether Republicans stand strong for integrity of our elections, but whether or not they stand strong for our country, our country.". https://www.rev.com/blog/transcripts/donald-trump-speech-save-america-rally-transcript-january-6

otherwise don't expect the leaders to be arrested, just their followers.

I've not heard what he said other than some vague rhetoric about "continuing to fight" (in the courts)

Good, because if that were the case, others who have done similar things a year would be held to the same standard
