Frustration is rising in Germany due to the slow rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine which was developed with the help of scientists from the country. Germany has the infrastructure to provide up to 300,000 shots of the vaccine in a day according to Jens Spahn, the Health Minister. But, cumbersome paperwork, lack of healthcare staff, and an aged population have proved to be burdens in the process.
Looks like Steve Carrell with that angle.
