FM signal discovered coming from one of Jupiter’s moons

NASA Juno’s mission to Jupiter has discovered an FM signal emanating from one of the planet’s moons, Ganymede. ’It’s not E.T.,’ a NASA ambassadors to Utah said, adding, ’It’s more of a natural function.’ Juno has made a number of discoveries about Jupiter, including capturing never-before-seen images, as well as a ’snow-white’ oval storm.

In a recent thread on this subject, I pointed out that "RF modulation" hasn't been seen and from that pointed out that intelligent life would have used it if it existed. I just want to point out that not only does RF modulation need to be shown, but actual information needs to be present. It's possible for natural modulation to occur. For instance, a spinning magnetic sphere will generate RF. If it wobbles, it may modulate the carrier with the wobble frequency.
