Judge Paul Miller from Iowa dismissed nine felony counts against a Black Lives Matter leader in Iowa who was charged with shining a laser pointer in the eyes of police officers during a protest in August. The judge ruled that the Johnson County attorney’s office violated Matè Farrakhan Muhammad’s right to a speedy trial by waiting 46 days after his arrest to file a formal charging document.
ANYLTIFA and BLM get a free pass . Peceful Republican at a Public Free Speech Assembly gets arrested . Whats wrong with that ? Everything !
Black Crimes Dont Matter.
Of course the Judge tossed it.
Tossed because of a technicality of being one day over. Zero accountability.
Wouldn't have expected anything else.
