US carries out 13th and final execution of prisoner under Trump admin

The US Govt. early on Saturday carried out the 13th and final federal execution under President Trump’s administration. Dustin Higgs, 48, was convicted and executed after he had been sentenced to death in 2001 for overseeing the kidnapping and murder of three women on a federal wildlife reserve in Maryland in 1996.

So, this is all President Trumps fault? I thought there were jury’s at those trials where these people were convicted. And they were al convicted before President Trump got to office. But this is President Trumps fault?
