A World Health Organization-commissioned experts’ panel has criticized the world health body, China and other nations for not doing enough to stem the Covid-19 outbreak. The panel, led by former Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and former New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark, said there were ’lost opportunities’ to set up basic health measures quickly. Beijing rejected the charge.
Of course Beijing rejects this charge. Communist countries don't like taking responsibility for their actions.
Funny how this gains traction, but Trump saying the same last year was just "Debunked"!
If that is true, how come UK covid variant B117 spreading to the world after almost with a year of experience of handling covid19? Is it just another damage attempt for the white power tried to cover their failure to manage the virus that causes so many deaths.
I hope that the WHO and governments the world over will learn from those mistakes in dealing with future potential global pandemics.
Never! Trump is to blame!
Surprise!
Isn't this a headline from last January?
I'm surprised they didn't blame the US because orange man bad. Reeeeee!
It would also be nice for the who to acknowledge Taiwan.
I think I had it in December of 2018
Took them a year to figure out what everyone else knew
LOL. The so called experts are politicians. I mean, yes, China and the WHO screwed this up big time. Anyone can see that. But now the “experts” are saying it? Since when are politicians experts at anything other than politics?
I think China took the opportunity to intentionally mislead the world of their lab created virus, WHO was complicad. Major success for China too being the only country in the world to grow their economy in 2020. Now the world continues to buy from China, especially PPP goods. I guess no reason for them to not continue doing this. The fentanol epidemic in the west is also from China. It's time to discuss consequences for China.
